About Richmond Properties
Richmond Properties is a growing Dubai real estate company focused on building a strong, recognisable brand through exceptional properties, people and content.
We are looking for a Videographer / Cinematographer to join our creative team and take our property and brand content to the next level.
The Role
This is a hands-on creative role for someone with a strong eye for cinematography, storytelling and visual detail.
You will be responsible for planning, shooting and producing high-quality video content across our property portfolio, agents, campaigns and overall brand.
You should be comfortable creating everything from cinematic property films and walkthroughs to fast-paced social media content and polished brand videos.
Key Responsibilities
- Film high-quality cinematic property tours, listings and promotional campaigns
- Produce brand films and corporate content for Richmond Properties
- Create engaging social media content, including Reels and short-form video
- Film agent personal-brand content and promotional campaigns
- Plan shoots, including shot lists, locations, lighting and equipment
- Operate professional cameras, lighting and audio equipment
- Edit and colour-grade footage to a high commercial standard
- Develop creative concepts and visual treatments for new campaigns
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to bring ideas to life
- Maintain a consistent and premium visual identity across all content
- Stay up to date with current trends in real estate, social media and commercial video
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Videographer, Cinematographer or similar role
- Strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating high-quality property and/or commercial work
- Previous experience shooting real estate/property content is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of cinematography, composition, lighting and camera movement
- Excellent knowledge of professional camera equipment
- Strong video editing and colour-grading skills
- Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other social platforms
- Creative mindset with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently from concept through to final delivery
- Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple shoots/projects
- UAE/Dubai-based candidates preferred
