Richmond Properties is looking for a professional and welcoming Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients and visitors at our office in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, personable, and enjoys working in a fast-paced business environment.
You will play an important role in creating a positive first impression for clients while supporting the day-to-day administrative operations of the office.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answer and direct incoming phone calls and enquiries
Manage meeting room bookings and assist with meeting preparations
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Maintain a tidy and presentable reception and office area
Provide administrative support to the sales and management teams
Assist with basic office coordination tasks and document management
Requirements
Previous experience in a hospitality, receptionist or front desk role preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Basic administrative and computer skills (Microsoft Office)
Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
