Richmond Properties is a growing Dubai real estate company operating in a fast-paced and highly competitive environment.
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive HR Administrator to work closely with and support our HR Manager across the day-to-day HR operations of the business.
The Role
As an HR Administrator, you will provide hands-on administrative and operational support to the HR Manager, helping ensure our employee records, documentation, onboarding, recruitment and HR processes are managed efficiently and accurately.
This is a fast-paced role suited to someone who already has UAE HR experience and understands the practical requirements of working with employees in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR Manager
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR files
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding
- Prepare employment contracts, HR letters and other documentation
- Manage and track employee documentation
- Assist with UAE visa processing, including coordinating required documents, medicals, Emirates ID and other related processes
- Liaise with PROs and relevant government channels where required
- Maintain records of visa and document expiry dates
- Assist with recruitment, interview scheduling and candidate communication
- Support job postings and maintain candidate databases
- Track employee attendance, leave and other HR records
- Assist the HR Manager with payroll administration
- Prepare HR reports and documentation as required
- Support internal HR communications and employee-related administration
- Ensure HR files and documentation remain accurate, complete and up to date
- Handle sensitive employee information with confidentiality and professionalism
- Support the HR Manager with general HR projects and administrative tasks
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an HR role in Dubai
- Strong understanding of UAE Labour Law and employment regulations
- Practical knowledge of UAE visa processing and employment documentation
- Understanding of the documentation and procedures required for employment visas, Emirates ID, medical fitness tests and related processes
- Experience coordinating with PROs and/or government-related processes is preferred
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Professional, proactive and reliable approach
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Dubai real estate experience is an advantage
