Job description
Richmond Properties is expanding rapidly and is looking for ambitious, energetic, and customer-focused German-speaking and Italian-speaking Call Centre Agents to join our growing team in Dubai.
The Role
As a Call Centre Agent, you will be the first point of contact for prospective property buyers and investors. You will engage with leads, qualify opportunities, and schedule appointments for our experienced Property Consultants.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact inbound and outbound leads via phone, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels
- Qualify prospective buyers and investors
- Book appointments for Property Consultants
- Maintain accurate records within the CRM system
- Follow up with potential clients and nurture relationships
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
- Deliver a professional and exceptional customer experience at every interaction
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams
Requirements
- Native or fluent German or Italian language skills (essential)
- Strong English communication skills
- Previous experience in a call centre, telesales, customer service, hospitality, or sales environment is preferred
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Positive attitude, resilience, and target-driven mindset
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
